May, 05 2019Matt Moss1Terrible customer service they apparently sub their work out to individuals. They repaired my mother's washing machine and fridge, while pulling the fridge he ripped her floor in multiple places. We spoke about repairing the floor when it happened, he said somebody would be out next day to look, needles to say we called today and the owner put everything on my mother saying she never documented the damage(she took the guys word).
